Privacy Policy

Last updated Oct 27, 2026

Vektra runs Suki Page. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run your page and your plan, we don't sell or share your data for advertising, and you can download or delete your data yourself.

Who is responsible

In short: Vektra decides how your data is used. Ask us anything by email.

Vektra is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at support@suki.page.

What we collect

In short: Your account, your pages, your plan. Very little about your visitors.

If you have an account

  • Account details: your email address, and your name or picture if you add them. We also record that you confirmed your age and accepted the Terms, and when.
  • Your pages: everything you put on them, such as names, bios, links, contact details you choose to publish, and your design choices.
  • Plan and billing: your plan, its renewal or end date, and a reference to your Stripe customer record. Stripe holds your card and billing details; we never see your full card number.
  • Messages: what you send us by email.

If you visit a page made with Suki Page

Public pages load no ads, no third-party trackers and no tracking cookies. Our host keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, the page asked for) for a short time for security and to fix problems. Where a page shows its owner view and tap counts, those are totals, not profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

In short: To run the service, take payment, keep it safe, and talk to you about your account.

  • To provide Suki Page: sign you in, save and publish your pages (this is needed to perform our contract with you).
  • To bill Pro, send receipts and meet tax and accounting rules (contract and legal obligation).
  • To keep the service secure, stop abuse and enforce our Terms (our legitimate interest in a safe service).
  • To email you about your account, such as security notices, renewals, refunds and changes to these policies. Marketing emails only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who helps us (processors)

In short: Four companies process data for us. They may only use it to provide their service.

These service providers process personal data on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to providing their service to us:

ProviderWhat forData involved
ClerkSign-in and account securityYour email, name if you add one, sign-in methods, and the device and IP details Clerk uses to keep accounts safe
StripePayments, invoices and taxYour email, billing name and address, card details (kept by Stripe, never by us) and payment history
ConvexOur databaseYour pages, saved items, your plan status and your Stripe customer reference
VercelHosting the websiteStandard web request data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, kept briefly in server logs

We update this list when it changes. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect people from harm, or as part of a sale or merger of Suki Page (and we'd tell you).

No selling, and Global Privacy Control

In short: We don't sell or share your data for ads. We honour GPC.

We don't sell personal data and don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as your request to opt out of any sale or sharing, and pages made with Suki Page don't count your visit in the owner's view or tap totals.

How long we keep it

In short: While your account is open. Deleting your account deletes your data right away, except what the law makes us keep.

  • We keep your account data and pages while your account is open.
  • When you delete your account (Account → Danger zone), we delete your pages, saved items and plan record from our database, delete your sign-in account at Clerk and your customer record at Stripe, straight away.
  • Stripe keeps records of payments for as long as tax and financial laws require. Our database provider's backups and our host's logs expire on their own schedule.
  • Published pages disappear as soon as they're unpublished or deleted.

Your choices and rights

In short: Download or delete your data yourself from the Account page. Email us for anything else.

  • Download your data: Account → Download my data gives you a JSON file with your account details, pages, saved items, plan and invoices.
  • Delete your data: Account → Danger zone → Delete account.
  • Correct it: edit your pages in the editor and your email or password in Account.
  • Anything else (a copy of something specific, an objection, or a question): email support@suki.page. We answer within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking.

In the EU, UK and similar places you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

In US states with privacy laws (such as California) you have rights to know, delete and correct your data and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

Children

In short: Suki Page is for people 16 and older.

You must be 16 or older to create an account. We don't knowingly collect data from younger children; if we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data. If you think a child has an account, tell us at support@suki.page.

Where data is stored, and security

In short: Mainly in the United States, protected in transit and at rest.

Suki Page and its providers store and process data mainly in the United States. If you're outside the US, your data is transferred there, under the safeguards our providers offer for international transfers. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what's needed, and payments are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we tell you as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

In short: We email you before important changes.

We may update this policy. For important changes we email account holders before they take effect and update the date at the top.
