Terms of Service

Last updated Oct 27, 2026

These Terms are the agreement between you and Vektra, which runs Suki Page. By creating an account or publishing a page you agree to them.

Each section starts with a short summary. The summary helps you read; the full text is what counts. Section 19 says disputes go to individual arbitration, not court, unless you opt out within 30 days.

1. Who we are

In short: Vektra runs Suki Page. Email is the way to reach us.

Suki Page (the website, the editor and the pages people publish with it) is operated by Vektra ("we", "us"). You can reach us about anything, including these Terms, at support@suki.page.

2. Changes to these Terms

In short: We tell you before big changes. Keep using it and the new Terms apply.

We may update these Terms. For changes that matter (what you pay, what you get, how disputes work) we email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect and show the new date at the top. Small fixes, like clearer wording, can take effect when posted. If you keep using Suki Page after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. Who can use it

In short: You must be 16 or older. Adult pages need you to be 18+.

  • You must be at least 16 to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and delete its data.
  • If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms with you, and must be the one who pays for Pro.
  • You must be at least 18 to publish a page marked as adult content.
  • You can't use Suki Page if the law where you live forbids it, or if we have closed an account of yours for breaking these Terms.

4. Your account

In short: Keep your sign-in safe; one person per account; no bots.

Sign-in is handled for us by Clerk. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in methods to yourself, and tell us quickly if you think someone else got in. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are for one person or one business and can't be sold or transferred. Don't create accounts with scripts or bots.

5. Page names

In short: Your page name (suki.page/name) is yours to use, not to own. Free names unused for 12 months can be reclaimed after a warning; paid names never are.

  • Pick a name you have a right to use. No pretending to be another person or brand, nothing hateful or obscene, and no grabbing names to hold or resell.
  • If someone shows us a valid trademark or impersonation complaint, we may ask you to change your page name or move it to them. We tell you first and give you a chance to reply.
  • Inactive Free names: if a Free account has no sign-in and no page edits for 12 months in a row, we may release its page name so someone else can use it. We email the account address at least 30 days before we do, and signing in once keeps the name.
  • Names on Pro are never reclaimed for inactivity while Pro is active.
  • A page name gives you no rights in the Suki Page name or our domain.

6. Plans

In short: Free is free forever with one page and our badge. Pro unlocks the rest.

Free includes one page, unlimited links and panels, the Free looks, the live preview and a small "Made with Suki Page" badge that must stay visible. Pro adds every look and design option, unlimited pages and the option to hide the badge. The Pricing page lists exactly what each plan includes and marks features that aren't built yet as "Soon"; you aren't charged for those until they ship. We may add features. If we remove a Pro feature you pay for, we tell you first.

7. Billing

In short: Pro is $6 a month or $48 a year, tax included. It renews until you cancel.

  • Pro costs $6 a month or $48 a year. These prices include any sales tax or VAT; nothing is added at checkout.
  • Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout and aren't charged until the trial ends. One trial per account.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe may act as the seller of record for your purchase and send receipts in its own name. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year and charges the card on file until you cancel.
  • You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time. Stripe works out the difference (proration) and shows it before you confirm.
  • If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while. If it still fails, Pro ends and your pages move to Free (see section 10).
  • If we change the price of Pro, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first.

8. Cancelling

In short: Cancel anytime. Pro stays until the end of what you paid for.

Cancel from Account → Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for and then doesn't renew. We don't charge cancellation fees.

9. Refunds

In short: A full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewals aren't refundable.

If you ask within 14 days of your first Pro purchase, we refund it in full. Renewals and later purchases aren't refundable, but you can always cancel so the next one doesn't happen. The Refund policy has the details. Where the law where you live gives you more, that applies instead.

10. When Pro ends

In short: Your pages stay live on Free, with the closest free look.

When Pro ends (you cancelled, a payment failed, or you got a refund) your pages stay live. Pro-only choices switch off: a Pro look changes to the closest free look, Pro headers go back to Classic, ambient motion becomes the opening animation and the badge comes back. Your Pro settings are kept, so going Pro again restores them. Pages you already made stay; making another one needs Pro again.

11. Your content

In short: You own what you post. You let us show it so your page works.

Everything you add (text, links, images and the rest) stays yours. You give Vektra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, display, resize and adapt it for layout, and back it up, only to run Suki Page for you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which expire on their own. We won't feature your page in our marketing unless you say yes. You promise you have the rights to what you post.

12. Rules for pages

In short: Follow the Acceptable Use policy. Adult pages must use the adult-content setting.

Your use of Suki Page must follow our Acceptable Use policy, which is part of these Terms. In particular, pages with adult content must turn on the adult-content setting (Settings → Adult content), which shows visitors an 18+ notice and keeps the page out of search engines.

13. Our stuff and the badge

In short: The name, looks and art are ours. Free pages keep the badge.

The Suki Page name, logo, looks, artwork and software belong to Vektra. You may use the looks only on pages hosted by Suki Page. On Free pages the badge must stay visible and unchanged: hiding it with code or other tricks breaks these Terms. Platform logos shown on pages belong to their owners and are used under their brand rules.

14. Suspension and closing accounts

In short: We warn first unless it's serious. You can delete your account anytime.

  • If a page breaks these Terms, we usually start with a warning, then may hide content, suspend the page or account, or close the account.
  • We act straight away, without warning, for illegal content, child safety issues, phishing, malware or anything that puts people at risk.
  • We tell you what we did and why, unless the law or safety stops us, and you can reply to that email to ask us to look again.
  • If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, we refund the unused part of your current period.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. That ends any Pro subscription.

16. No promises beyond these Terms

In short: We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it's perfect.

Suki Page is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond what these Terms say: not that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for a particular purpose. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

17. Limits on liability

In short: If something goes wrong, our liability is capped.

To the extent the law allows, Vektra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Suki Page is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for fraud.

18. If someone sues us over your page

In short: If your content or your rule-breaking gets us sued, you cover it.

If a third party makes a claim against Vektra because of your content or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees. We'll tell you about the claim and let you help respond.

19. Disputes and arbitration

In short: Talk to us first. If that fails, an arbitrator decides, one person at a time, unless it fits small claims court. You can opt out within 30 days.

Talk to us first

Most problems are solved by email. Before starting a case, email support@suki.page with your name, your account email and what you want. Both sides then try in good faith to solve it for 30 days.

Arbitration instead of court

If it isn't solved, you and Vektra agree that any claim about Suki Page or these Terms will be decided by binding arbitration: a neutral arbitrator decides instead of a judge or jury. The American Arbitration Association runs it under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which keep your share of the fees to a small filing fee. It can happen by video or phone, or in the county where you live. The arbitrator can give you the same relief a court could in an individual case.

Small claims court is always an option

Either of us can instead take a claim to small claims court, if it qualifies there and stays there as an individual case.

One person at a time (no class actions)

Claims are brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, group or representative action, and an arbitrator can't combine claims of different people. If this part is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, not to arbitration.

How to opt out

You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@suki.page within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, from your account email, with the subject "Arbitration opt-out". Opting out doesn't change anything else in these Terms.

Which law and which courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and by the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim that goes to court (because you opted out, it's excluded from arbitration, or it's in small claims) is heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it at home.

20. The rest

In short: The usual fine print.

  • These Terms, with the Privacy, Refund, Acceptable Use and Copyright policies, are the whole agreement between us about Suki Page.
  • If one part can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • You can't transfer these Terms to someone else without our permission. We may transfer them if Suki Page changes hands, and we'll tell you.
  • We send notices to your account email; you send them to support@suki.page.
  • If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to.
