Refund Policy
Last updated Oct 27, 2026
Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of your first Pro purchase and we refund it in full. Renewals aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Free trial
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, one per account. You add a card at checkout and aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends from Account → Manage billing and you pay nothing.
Full refund on your first payment
In short: 14 days of your first payment, full amount.
- Your first Pro payment ($6 monthly or $48 yearly) is refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge.
- The refund is the whole amount you paid, tax included.
- This applies once per customer: if you had Pro before, cancelled and came back, the new payment isn't a first payment.
Renewals
In short: Renewals aren't refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid one.
Monthly and yearly renewals aren't refundable. Your Account page shows the next renewal date, and you can cancel any time before it from Account → Manage billing.
How to ask
In short: Email us from your account address.
Email support@suki.page from the email address on your account, within 14 days of the charge. You don't have to give a reason. We reply within a few business days.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
In short: Pro ends right away; your pages stay live on Free.
When we refund your first payment, your Pro subscription ends at the same time. Your pages stay live on the Free plan with the closest free look, and your Pro settings are kept in case you come back.
Cancelling
In short: Anytime, no fee. Pro stays until the period ends.
Cancel whenever you like from Account → Manage billing. There's no cancellation fee. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your pages move to Free. We don't refund the unused part of a period after cancelling, except as described above.
Switching between monthly and yearly
In short: Prorated by Stripe.
Switching plans is prorated: you're credited for the unused part of your current plan, and Stripe shows the exact amount before you confirm.
Chargebacks
In short: Please talk to us first.
If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us first; we can usually sort it out quickly. Opening a chargeback may pause your account while the bank reviews it.
Your legal rights
In short: If your local law gives you more, you get more.
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live. If the law gives you a longer cancellation or refund right, that applies.
